cambridge landing apartments are ok for the price. i pay 400 a month for a studio apart, the apartment is very tiny, the kitchen cant fit 2 people, no counter space, the ants are bad, i asked for apt to be sprayed and they never came out, i sprayed myself maintnance is horrible, i complained about my garbage disposal not working several times my husband had to go and literally make someone come fix it, our tiolet has been broken for some time now, and they finally came and "fixed" it, if putting a paperclip in there fixes it. my neighbors party every weekend and i cant sleep when i have to get up at 6am every morning. ive complained but nothing was done, maybe cause my neighbor works in the office. parking is HORRIBLE i have to park far away from my apartment , there are like 10 parking spaces for my building. me and my husband just started parking on the complete other side of the apartments. the landscaping was weedeating by my car and it flung a rock at my brand new car and chipped it, i told the office and they said they cant do anything about it they told me to call the landscaping company, i did and they are practically blowing me off. if youre looking for cheap, come here.. otherwise, dont bother looking here, not worth it.

Cambridge Landing Apartments has done nothing but improve in the last 3 years. New exterior painting, new perimeter fence, both pools resurfaced & tiled. In my opinion, they have the best maintenance staff they have had in 6 years. If there is a maintenance problem, it gets taken care of.
