Oh wow. Don't move here. As you can see for yourself they have one of the lowest ratings in the Oklahoma City area. The apartment is way over priced for one thing.
Over 620 for just over 800 square feet. At the time of your lease renewal you wont recieve your new rate until there is no time to find some place better. Because the manager will be out of the office everytime you go to request it, out of the office 5 times in one day. Some management, her car was out front but no not her. I even waited for her once. They raised my rent by 100 dollars by the time I moved out, which by the way is illegal. Which I now know. I once went to the office to complain about someone dumping cat litter on the lawn, they promptly left a note on my door asking me to stop dumping cat litter on the lawn, and that was a year ago, the cat litter is still on the lawn, where your children play. So not only are the apartments small but very poorly maintained(unclean even), and very poorly and cheaply built. They will let anyone move in too. Some folks moved in, I didn't even know who actually lived there, because there were so many people in and out day and night. They will also attempt to nickel and dime you when you move out. The most dishonest group of people I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Completly unprofessional management and poorly cared for apartments.

True about lease renewal. It has been a few years since I lived there, but when I first moved in the rent was in the low 300's and when I moved out 2 years later it was almost $500. It's crazy. They wouldn't even give me my student discount when I had to renew my lease one June cause I wasn't in summer school, even though I was enrolled for fall classes.
