So you're writing a review about a place you haven't lived? Thanks for the insight. I've lived here four months and have been very happy. The only part of your review I agree with is to look at it for yourself, because out of the like 50 places I looked (I hope I never have to apt. shop again... ugh) I thought this was one of the better, especially considering that they're big and don't cost much. This isn't a new place by any means, but I don't hear my neighbors (although I smell their smoke sometimes), it is landscaped, and they've fixed all the problems I've had so far within 2 days.

These apartments are almost double the size of other apartment buildings.Bathroom is big & spacious.
There is one walk -in closet in addition to other 2.There is also a Fire-Place (cute).
The kitchen is stylish inded for an apartment with a dish washer.
I must agree the ground floor outside the apartments themselves is not very clean but this is because its an open space facing the lake & the winds.
I didnt see any ducks in the pool & it was clean when I lived there in 2004.
There are also 2 laundy sites which are very clean.
Bedroom,bathroom & living room are all very spacious while in other apt. buildings they looks like a a matchstick box.
After all its in an upscale area (NW part of the city, close to Heffner Lake & NW-EXpressway), & the nearby area very beautiful, upscale & safe.
