These apartments are INFESTED with roaches ie.(pests). There is an enormous amount of trash located around the grounds. I have seen a few of the children drop trash from their "patio" area. I've also seen underwear, shoes, and jeans scattered around the area. The apartments look great on the outside. However, on the inside, expect to be disappointed. From the manager to the maintence guy, the quality of service is far from adequate. Children are out to 2am in the morning on some nights. A couple of them in diapers and so forth. I don't have the time needed to write all my complaints. The only positve thing I can say is....my lease is up next and I am already packing!

Funny how people always complain about problems and its not even managements fault. Kids playing out at 2 am???? Call DHS or the police management can't do anything with that situation. I have been to these apartments and eventhough I decided to buy a home I was impressed. I have friends that live there and have been there myself at 2 or 3 am and never have seen a child running around and the complex was really nice. You may not be happy with the place but, let other people make their minds up. Go take a look at it they really are beautiful. (No I do not work for or with the company)

I am full agreement with regards to these apartments being the projects. We lived there for a few months and luckily I was able to get out of my lease. As far as the previous response that was made that it's not managements fault, the only thing I can say is this: the tenants will only be as good as management. If you have a good management team, they will screen the tenants appropriately. Management would take care of complaints that are made, whether its in response to the amount of pests or the noise pollution that continuously goes on at these apartments. Like I have said in my own complaint or in responses to other complaints, these apartments look great on the outside - as long as most of the tenants aren't home during the day. It's when you go to the property after dark, or actually walk into an apartment (other than their show apartment) that you realize what a piece of crap this place really is. I have lived in apartments before where they were able to control the tenants behavior after dark because they would request meetings with the tenants or serve them notice of evictions for causing whatever the "legal" issue was at hand. It's not the other tenants responsibility to manage the property, or to notify DHS or the police. Management needs to make sure they keep their hands in it, otherwise the complex turns into the projects like this place has.
