We would be happy with our specific apartment if it wasn't for the extremely noisy upstairs neighbors at ALL hours. I am not talking just your average upstairs neighbor noise either! Management does nothing.
The parking in some areas is exceptional and in ours I think everyone must own two or three cars each apartment because it is RARE we find a close spot.
The outside lights on the buildings that are supposed to light the parking lot have been out since we moved in. Along with lights out in the breezeways leading to the back apartments.
The management is ineffective and inefficient. At this point we were told there was new management and owners but we find out now the new manager is leaving as well. They have actually closed the office till Feb. 1 for auditing purposes (suspisious) and have noted they will no longer give receipts for rent checks. Isn't that illegal'''
The ONE maintenance guy is nice but in no way can handle the entire complex which leads to numerous requests and sometimes downright demanding something be done before there is satisfaction.
I am sorry that the owners and management can't get their stuff together because I am happy with the apartment itself. I have not seen any insects, however, I am sure there are some in some of the other buildings, by the looks of things.
I have heard many of the apartments are in disrepair but ours is good. Cheap carpet though, so even though it was brand new when we moved in it looks extremely worn and we have put rugs down everywhere to protect it.
If owners and management get it together I would then be able to say I would recommend them but until that time I would steer clear.
