I've lived in several apartment complexes in the OKC metro area and this place is by far the worst. The first week I lived there someone tried to pry my door open while I was at work. Cars have been stolen from the parking lot and there have been fights on the grounds which involved someone being threatened with a bat and windows of an apartment being broken out. The grounds are constantly covered in trash. There are groups of children running around being extreamly loud at all hours of the day and night. The walls are thin and you can hear anytime someone plays music or has their TV too loud, which is quite common. If you dare ask them to turn it down you are likely to get a door slammed in your face. The maintence staff is part of the problem with this complex. The maintanence personell live on grounds and they act like they own the place, they contantly leave their belongings in front of their apartment blocking the walkways and generally making them look trashy. The office staff, is rude and very unhelpful. Getting them to help you with anything is like pulling teeth, when you can actually find them that is. They are rarely at the office for the entire length of time that is posted. If you work past 4 p.m. you can forget about being able to talk to a person in the office. Plus they aren't open on weekends. The apartment themselves are decent however they are severely overpriced if you are not in the lower income bracket. Only 3 buildings in the complex are not classified as Low Income Housing so odds are if you need a place immediatly it won't be available. Trust me save yourself a big headache and look elsewhere. I can't wait until my lease is up so that I can escape from this place.
