I just wanted to say that I have lived her for quite some time. Yes, there has been some change in management, some change in maintenance men, changes all around. However, I don't have an issue with the kids running around, roaches or stuff going on at night. I have personally spoken with the manager and she is very receptive to any information that I may give or suggestions that I may have. I have personally seen her here at night making sure things are taken care of. Its nice to know that the staff especially the manager makes you feel like she cares about her community and the people that live here. I am sure everyone has issues at times or you have a bad day....Let me assure you if the comments are from an angry tenant that can't seem to pay their rent on time of course you are going to get a bad review. My suggestion is pay your rent what is done for one has to be done to another. I have never lived anywhere where I didn't have to pay rent on time and if you find that place PLEASE let me know. Anywhoo go check the place out for yourself only you can be a judge. This is just a personal opinion that I as a resident have.

Actually I am not part of management at all. I work downtown for a commerical real estate company. I do live there and I actually have seen a change over the last few months. The kids that you may be speaking of in the past are the hoodlums from the trailer park next door. I know the ones you are speaking of! TRUST ME things haven't always been a bed of roses. But, Ms. Darcy is doing the best she can. I am a mother of two boys myself and I do pay my rent on time, take care of my house (keeps the roaches away), makes sure MY kids are taken care of and in at a decent hour. So like I said before everyone has bad days and nobody is perfect not even myself so why don't you go talk to the manager and see for yourself before you let anyone else judge. My suggestion....>GO DRIVE THRU AT NIGHT! That is anywhere you decide to rent! DRIVE THRU AT NIGHT SEE THE NIGHTLIFE there isn't any here!
