I have lived here for almost a year.... lease is almost over!!! I can't wait to leave, this place has NO maintance here. They closed the pool last summer in August, their reason was they had nobody to clean and maintain the pool.(can you believe that') Management here needs to go in a hurry!!! They have no idea what they are doing and if you need to stop by the office, hahaha good luck they are never there. Groups of gangster kids hang out at the back end of the complex, really stay away, this place gives you that nice "projects" feel to it!!!

I have lived here for almost two full years and never have these problems. There is nothing managment can do about "gangsta" kids,that is a city problem. The pool was closed due to pump problems that the company they ordered from continued to send the wrong item and once done there were other unforseen problems. Not good but it happens. I never have a problem with maitenance, but I don't have a problem with things breaking either,hmmmm. They come in and check smoke detectors every month and spray for pests. They have a beautiful pond that has been upkept really well this last year by maintenance and the ducks, geese and Heron's that visit are beautiful to watch let alone listening to the frogs in the summer. I have been very happy hear and get along fine with the office. Yes they do close sometimes without notice and this can be frustrating.

I agree with getittogther......I have lived her for a year now and most def don't have any issues. Yeah things happen from time to time and you have to close. Did you ever think that management was out on property? Hmmmm little food for thought. I have been outside in the evening playing with my toddler and I live in the back. Haven't seen any ghetto children hanging around outside. I did see some kids playing basketball the other day so maybe that is what you are reffering too? Who knows? I do think if you are looking to lease here go by. Then as a great rule of thumb drive thru at random times just to check out the place. But, to say managment needs to go I wouldn't agree. I have seen her drive/walk property and make sure the kids are doing as they should. I have lived in several different places and let me tell you this is the first time I have ever seen a manager on site walking around at night!

I am sure the gangster kids your are referring to must be black. Just because you see a few black kids together doesnt make them gangsters. Have you taken the time to say hi to the kids? Im sure you havent. If you did tho, you might be surprised and see that they are really sweet kids. My kids play outside in the back and they are far from gangsters. Maybe you should stop judging people before you get to know them. The last time I checked, I was approved just like you were. Me and my gangster kids. Narrow minded people make me sick
