I have lived in a few apartment and houses an now I am lookin for a new apartment going threw these ratings so I thought I would share alittle. Back around Jan of 03 Chevy Chase had a good manager and I had no problems at all. She quit and now there is a ----- woman running the place. Just like the other user posted she took the steam cleaning of old carpet out of the deposit, and the roaches are very very bad, alot of the people around us noticed it to. Just a heads up.
