This place is awful! My car was broken into (yes it was locked!) and even worse is that none of my neighbors could speak English so nobody bothered to come knock on my door and tell me that a brick had been thrown through my windshield, glass was all over the parking lot, and my trunk was popped open. I didn't found out until I woke up around 10:30 the next morning.

This place is noisy, parking is terrible (unless you want your car side swiped, keyed, doors dinged, etc) and maintenance is a joke. My apartment was flooded from the upstairs apartment and maintenance did nothing. I got charged for excessive wear and tear to the carpet that was due to the water damage from upstairs!!! And last but not least, don't get used to what seems like a nice cheap rental price. In a year you will be paying $100 more a month!!! I started out paying $400, then $485, for my new lease term they want to charge me between $555-600. I'm looking elsewhere.
