This place sucks. The inside of my actual apartment looked nothing like the model they showed me. It was very brown, dark, old, and dirty. Pretty depressing compared to the apartment I had left in Tulsa. Old appliances, leaking shower faucet, stained worn carpet, and I have a lovely view of a giant parking lot out my front window. The balcony rail is about to fall off. The water DOES go from scalding to cold and back several times EVERY time I take a shower. I have even noticed some homeless men digging in the dumpsters on at least three occasions! No security or gate. Plus, the women in the office are very rude, if you get to talk to them. Rarely does anyone answer when I call. Plus, why wouldn't they have a credit card machine by now, instead of charging you $17.50 to have someone else run it through for them' It IS 2008, come on.

They just finished a very superficial exterior renovation, but the construction people failed to clean up after themselves. There are nails everywhere, bits of wood and trash, and for some reason, some crazy spotted paint job, at least on my building. Don't be fooled. These apartments are no where near the price they will have you pay for them. I think I will try the Ambassador House Apts down the road next year. At least, you get what you pay for with them...
