Well I'm glad I only signed a 7month lease because I was not able to see my apartment before I moved in. When I did move in, the carpet was still wet! So I had to keep delaying the delivery of my furniture. Frustrating. The apartments are okay. My biggest issue is the fact the apartments look so old and are so old. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are so old that I spent a lot of money on cabinet paper to cover the inside up. It was gross! I had mold in one cabinet! The carpet is dirty as well. It's rair they paint the walls. There is no landscape, a pool small enough to wade in, one goal basketball court, and a 3 toy playground. The complex is quite small. The stairs look like they could go anytime. Dog crap everywhere. My neighbors blast music all night. The managers are friendly, but lie a lot. Very incompetent. The only good thing is maintainence responds quickly, but always leaves a mess to clean up! The apartments should be section 8. They cost too much for they way they look. I would recommend something newer or at least better looking.
