Well... these apartments were perfect until someone moved in above us last week. We have been here for about a month and I guess had been spoiled to not having any upstairs neighbors. The ceiling is SO thin it sounds like someone is going to come crashing down on you! Our neighbors are up every morning at 5am and we are now too. You can hear EVERYTHING! As can our 2yr old daughter who is also only getting about 6hrs of sleep every night thanks to them! You can hear every sneeze, cough, footstep, every time the use the bathroom... you name it! I can even hear their toaster pop up in the mornings! OMG.... steer clear! Poor construction equals NO peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I forgot to mention that we have 2 sound machines going at all times and can STILL hear everything... if that tells you how loud it is!
