Crown Point

Good Experience. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in Crown Pointe for a year from Jan 03 to Jan 04. Had a great experience living there. Would have renewed my lease, except I moved into a house. Parking - For me was really bad. I think the farther back in the complex you live, the better the parking situation gets. Noise Level - Never was too bad. Just the occasional people on their balconies having a cigarette while chatting or someone at the pool a little late. Nothing to make me lose sleep. Grounds - The grounds are very clean. The pool area was always clean as well. Safety - Gated entrance only works half of the time. My area of the complex was adequately lit at night. The police car around the corner from the entrance is a nice deterrant. Construction - Everything is so new and there were never any problems with anything! Maintenance - Never needed maintenance. Office Staff - Always very friendly. Never really had any issues I needed to work out with them. But they were always nice and courteous. Overall - Good experience. Nice apartments in an area of town where the others are older. Easily the best place to live in the 122nd/MacArthur area.
