We had a time when there where tons of cars being vandalised, but it seemed to stop as soon as it started. Our ceiling leaked on and off for a while and maintenance tried to fix it, but it just wasn't happening. Finally, I think our upstairs neighbours complained because their floor was rotting out. They had putting up a picture and the floor started to give way. We talked to them a couple of times and they seemed very irritated because maintenance was in and out of there apartment for several weeks. They did that to us untill we finally moved out. Overpriced. Noisy(you can hear everything and I mean everything). Management if very relaxed and not in a hurry to get things done. When they do fix things they rig them up. Lighting was horrible.
