Excellent Management and Staff!

I have lived here for 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied with everything to do with this complex. The management and staff is what I am most impressed with. They are so friendly and curtious to your needs and concerns. Maintenance is excellent and extremely quick with repairs. I have lived in 4 different apartments there due to having roommates off and on and have been totally satisfied with each unit I lived in. The size of the apartments is great and the grounds are kept nice. The only reason for moving out is that my roommate is moving to England and I am going back home for a little while. But, I will definitely consider Crown Pointe when moving again. There was no turnover in staff the way you see at alot of apartment complexes. Ann and Kathy have been there from what I remember the whole time I have lived there and they are great. The manager, Ann, is the nicest, most personable apartment manager I have ever dealt with. There have been a few different leasing agents while I was there but they were always able to either help me or find someone who could. It was sad for me to turn in my keys because that was the first apartment complex where I really felt at home! I recommend Crown Pointe to anyone looking for modern housing, great location, friendly and helpful staff, and great maintenance.
