and I havent really had too many problems. I like the way the apartments look on the outside, and they are nice on the inside as well. I have had a couple minor maintenance problems that were taken care of very quickly. I live on the top floor, and our windows face the sun in the summer time, so they get really hot. We have a 2 bedroom, and before we got a washer and dryer, or electric bill ranged from $67-95. After we got our washer and dryer it ranges from $89-170.
One thing I think is silly with these apartments, as well as other Case and associate properties, is that you have to pay for water and trash. Its an extra $25/month for us, which I think should just be included in the rent price.
All of the residents that we have come in contact with are nice, havent seen too many "ghetto" people. Sometimes our neighbors play their music a little loud, but it isnt too bad. Some people can be really loud going up and down the stairs.
One problem I had when I first moved in was the fact that there is only one way to get in and out of the apartments, but the longer I have lived here, the more I have gotten used to it. And there could be more parking spaces.
The office staff has been pretty nice also.
Overall, I really have enjoyed living here. I think they are pretty nice apartments. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
