My biggest problem was a leaky water heater from upstairs that the management took 1 week to get to which caused water to leak down, thru the ceiling, and ruin my electronic equipment in my apartment. Also crime and vagrants walking outside and thru the complex because the management does leaves gates open. When gates are closed, the device they give you to remotely open the gates never works, so many residents have problems with cars being broken into overnight from parking on the street. Poor maintenance, poor management, high crime, don't live here. My roommate even moved out before the lease was up because she couldn't take the noise from the nightclub drunks in the street after 2 and 3 am every night.
