a friend called to see if i ever received a package that she sent a couple weeks prior, so i went to the office to check it out and there was my package (full of what was once delicious fresh fruit from home)- i asked why they didn't notify me of the package arrival and she said 'we usually do'... great.

also, for the cost of rent the kitchen and bathroom floors should not be peel & stick laminate...crap! also, the electricity in the bathroom shorts at least a couple times a week...

I've lived here 3.5 years and they've NEVER called me when a package has arrived either. Well, maybe once. But we get packages several times per month and have to check in the office daily if we are expecting something... even something important. And apparently there is not a way to have packages left at your door. You HAVE to leave them in the office. No choice. That's just what they do here.
