I'm not sure what everyone is referring to... or perhaps they are looking at a different deep deuce than where i just moved into. lol But i feel the need to address/fix the image of this place portrayed on this site.
This place is really nice! I just got here from PA and was very worried after reading all these reviews, but some people i knew down here said this was the place to go, so i trusted them and here I am.
They are currently replacing all the "French doors" and seals, as well as painting the trim/porch railings. My apartment on the 3rd floor is very nice and would recommend highly if you can get a 3rd floor, its worth the extra few bucks. 25 ft ceilings, and not mentioned any where, HUGE windows up to the roof, it should be an advertising highlight but its not. Its a very clean, new feeling, very nice apartments.
This place is a stones toss away from Bricktown, which has the best restraunts and entertainment around. And the ball park is right there and Deep Deuce is in a nice redeveloping area.
So ignore the angry responses on here. The only things i find legit are the gates for parking lots (Gates are always open) but its not a big deal really in my opinion.
And a train goes through the downtown at like 10 pm. Nothing anyone can do about it and its not like its right outside the place.
The new management is very nice and helpful so i'm not sure what people are refering to there either.
Overall: Its a really sharp/nice place to live right downtown.

TOO BAD THIS IS BY THE OFFICE STAFF!!!!! WHO ELSE WOULD RATE IT A 5? NEXT TIME TRY NOT TO MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS!
