You would probably get better management in the poorest places to live

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lived here two and a half years and have constantly had troubles. First, it was the french doors that kept leaking each time it rained and got my living room carpet wet leaving it with a mildew smell. They replaced them after months of everyone complaining. Then it was the gates to the parking lot not working for about six months. Not to mention the fact that now that they are working they only close them between 7pm and 7am so everyone coming to Bricktown for events in the evening always ends up taking your spot unless you pay extra for your own. Not to mention the fact that the walk-in gate by my apartment has never worked!
I have continuously had ant and spider problems and they only spray if you ask them to. There was about a 6 month or so period where they allowed trash to pile up in the dumpsters and overflow for days at a time before anything was done about it. My toilet was running for about 3 months and maintenance would come and "fix" it each time, leaving a receipt at my apartment saying they did so. It continued to run and it took me looking at the toilet myself and calling them to tell them what I thought was wrong with it for them to actually get it right and fix it for good.
Now I have a leaking ceiling every time it rains. It has been going on for two months and management has not contacted me once about it even though I have called at least 6 or 7 times and wrote a formal complaint with pictures to show the damage. The ceiling is now peeling away in the living room and the closet appears to have mold growth. Each time it rains, my clothing gets wet as well as my entertainment center with all of my electronics. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ONCE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!!! Each time I call, they say they will talk to management and get back to me, but they never do.
The office staff will not put you in contact with the managers when you ask for them and management does not contact you even if office staff says they will. If you have an issue with your apartment, you have to hound them to get anything done. They always give the same excuse blaming some company they are contracted with not living up to standards and that they are "working" on that. The receptionists and management staff change constantly so you never know who you are talking to on a regular basis.
The thing is, this apartment complex is in a great location and a pretty nice place to live in this area. The prices are a little expensive, but actually somewhat less than a lot of other places to live downtown. This place could be a wonderful place for young professionals and couples to live if it was run better. If management would just get their heads on straight, they might keep more residents and have a better business. But since their customer relations are highly disappointing, they will be losing business from me soon as well as many others I suspect.
