I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. The age group is pretty wide, but I would say mostly young. Not very many families, so if you are young and want to have a fun downtown living experience I would say Deep Deuce is a great place for you. The apartments are modern, well kept, and suprisingly quiet. After living here for almost 2 years, I have not had a problem go unresolved promptly. They are friendly and do not "bs" you. The property is always kept clean. The gym is a good size and should be getting new equipment soon. It has a pool that is always full during the summer with friendly people. The rent is moderate, but I challenge you to find somewhere else downtown that is as reasonable for the location and the style of apartments. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to raise a family, downtown is probably not for you anyway, but if you are looking to live less than 5 min. walking distance to downtown, great apartments, friendly management, nice facilities, and a great environment for a social person, look no further!
