I moved into this apt complex in Sept, 05 one month before my husband and I got married. This was our first apartment as a married couple. The apartment itself was cute and fit our needs. Andrea (who used to work here) was very helpful and made sure our needs were met. Once we moved in, everything just seemed to go wrong. Our sink wasnt draining and the plumbing guy ended up coming out a couple times to fix that problem, we couldnt get our door open without it getting stuck, and then a bunch of little stuff. The good thing is that Andrea had maintenance out right away and it was fixed the same day. It was awesome. Then Andrea left and they got this new girl who you can barely understand here english. One time I got a package in and the mail lady had put a note in my mailbox stating it was in the office, so once i got in the office they could not find the package and the lady blamed it on me saying that i probably already picked it up. I just got the note, how could i have picked it up. We never found it and the owner Pat ended up feeling so bad that she paid for me to order it again. Pat is great to deal with, she has lost my water payments a couple times but she is older and stuff happens. One thing that sucks is that a water pipe busted outside our apartment and they still have the caution tape up and its not fixed yet. Not a pretty site when friends comes over. Overall the apartment is great if you live by yourself or you need a first apartment. Its really safe feeling and you dont really here much noise. I would recommend it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
