I lived here in 2002 to 2003. It was well taken care of--then I moved to out of town. When I moved back I thought of it. I moved into the 2 bedroom with sun-room. It's been a horrible experience. The kitchen cabinets lean (as in items fall over it leans so much), there was a dead animal in the dryer vent and they didn't get it out---the apartment smelled for 5 months!, the toilet has to be flushed twice before it's clear, the sun-room leaks--a little and a lot (depending on how hard it is raining), my neighbors get up at 7:00 a.m. and shower--how do I know, I can hear everything around me--everything (yep, including that), parking is an issue as three young men moved upstairs and do not understand that their friends need to park away from the walk way so that tenents can park close to their doors---I could go on but there's so much I cannot keep it all straight.
If you can't get a remodeled unit, I suggest you avoid Deer Creek.
