It is horrible and they keep hiking the rent! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   10 years ago, this place was great. However, I moved back here about three years ago and it is not the same. Staffing is always changing, rent has been raised two times and nothing is ever fixed. Have issues with cockroaches since they started accepting section 8. They spray every six mths or so. The water is at least off once or twice a month, the water pressure majority of the time is low and the temperature is cold at times too. In the last month, my bathroom sink and tub will not drain correctly so I have stand in water up to ankles in the shower and brush my teeth in a pond of water. I don't have anything new and yet they continue to raise my rent and now only will do a year lease. I pay my rent on time and I don't complain until on this but I am glad my lease is up and I have given my notice. I would think they would want to keep good tenant. The plus was that it was affordable but now my rent for a one bedroom will be $520 all bills paid but that is absurd. I enjoyed having a carport but it isn't worth the roaches, high rent and the laundry room by my apartment has never had hot water.
