Slumlike conditions

They have raised the rent every year I have been here. Maint requests go unanswered even to the mgr. When notices are are left to the tenants the language is harsh and rude. The property is in poor condition. In need of paint, rotten wood trim replaced, carports in need of repair one of which collapsed just 2 weeks ago. Several balconies have bad structural concrete floor cracking wear. Frequent sewer backups from unattended childen plugging up the sewer traps with rocks and other debris. Window screens missing. Patio doors off track and just sitting on the patios makes for an unpleasant appearance. Patio fences are in poor condition and in need of repair. Perimeter fence is in need or repair whole sections missing. This is jus a few items you will notice in a 3 minute walk of the outside of the property. A/C and heat issues plauge the property as it is on a central chiller and boiler system. The waterline to and from the system are old and clogged. Several units dont have proper heat and air and tenants supply their own. This is an " all bills " paid property. Yet if you use over $75 in electricity mgt has the right to charge you for the differance. Mgt is slow to fix things that need fixing yet very prompt in serving eviction notices. Think carefuly before you consider this a place you would want to live.
