Not a good place to live. NO parking...Bad neighbors. Gunshots and gang members living on the property. Very dirty. Management is awful. The apartment was cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in. Holes in the walls were repaired with masking tape. Numerous sewer backups, I had to step over fecal matter for a week to get to my apartment.

Oh my god, I remember the sewer backup! That was in front of my apartment! Disgusting! Elm Creek was the worst place I ever lived. Plus the gunshots, I think I know who "anonymous" is...one of the only neighbors I liked!
