Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I would never live or reccommend Elm Creek to anyone, not even a homeless person. They have drive by shooting daily, Management has done nothing to stop this and they don't have the best residents. Appliances in apartment don't work, Sewer always backs up, Air conditioning never works and after several requests to have it fixed I gave up. Management is useless.
