Stay away from this dump. It is swarming with some of OKC most dangerous gangsters, their mom's grandmas, their baby's momma!
Filled with nothing but Ghetto Trash, from head to toe.
The management company - sucks especially the guy who owns this business. He is the gayest bully you will ever meet in your life.
Thinks he is the Queen of Property Managers.
Whats aweful is the place looks good in pictures but every apartment is falling down from the Roof downwards...Nothing gets done and the unfortunate people who got conned into renting there are at risk!

I agree with the above. I lived at Elm Creek from 2005-2006 and had many awful experiences with drug dealers, gun shots, and late night threats by people letting 2 year olds play in the parking lot at 2am. I CAN spell and I am educated and I would not let anyone I love live at Elm Creek. The rent was cheap, but I did not feel safe. Maintenance was relatively quick but they rent to people I do not feel comfortable calling my neighbors. I had neighbors who were junkies and stole electricity from the apartment complex because they couldn't pay their electric bill. Not to mention one of my former neighbors fell through the stairs because they were old and never replaced - The story was on the local news. Live at this apartment complex if you want easy access to drugs and gun fights. Plus a huge community of stray cats. If Elm Creek is so great, why do the cops park outside it and wait for people to leave?
