2007 Review From: nikki_marie826@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartment I stayed in had issues with Roaches. I am a very clean individual and have NEVER had any problems with bugs of any kind before anywhere else I lived. It took the 3rd time calling management before they did anything and by that time I had my baby and they couldn't spray for 2 more months. So if they would have done something the first time I called which was 2 days after I moved in and a month before my baby was born we would have never had this issue. But I had to live 2 more months with an infant getting up for 2 o'clock feeding to find 3-10 roaches in my kitchen and/or bathroom. Also there is a huge issue with flooding when it rains. The sidewalks and parking lots flood if there is just a little shower. Imagine having to trudge through ankle deep water then go to work... Hopefully this helps others I would really hate for anyone else to have been as miserable as me.
