I was so excited about moving here. I have to say now that it was a HUGE mistake. At first glance it seemed nice, the model apartment, the grounds, the office and staff all seemed cool. As soon as I moved in boy it was hellish! The apartment wasn't cleaned well at all. I did a real quick walk thru of the apartment before I signed the lease at first glance it seemed alright. Once I moved in...I started noticing that there were spots on the wall from spills and food debris, hair clinging to the walls..there were even dishes in the dishwasher that hadn't been removed and a big stain in the bottom of the dishwashwer that I had to scrub to get out! Of course, I contacted the manager immediately. They sent housekeeping back over who did little or nothing about it. Once I cleaned it I thought I guess I can deal with it now Ive signed a lease. There was this weird thing stuck in the crevice between the wall and the ceiling I thought it was hair that got painted over during the make ready LOL when I got a closer look it appeared to be a web or nest of some kind it was so weird and disgusting it freaked me out! Ihad to get gloves and tweezers and pull it out. YUCK then, I went to get my keys for the mailbox went to check the mail about a week after I moved in the grounds around the mailboxes are filthy because they are near the dumpsters trash everywhere!! along the fences and near the playground as well. I put my key in the mail box and turn the key to lock it back and you could still pull it open when it was supposed to be locked! Anyone can get your mail if they wanted to. Mail tampering is a federal offense!! Boy if your looking for a inexspensive place to live, I say keep looking! You definitely get what you pay for and that is the least for your money! Being a single female the lights in the breezeway is out so when I get home @ nite its dark...I could go on. Justdont rent here EVER!
