my apartment it self I love. I pay 349 a month for 720sq feet. but after I walk out side my door it is a differnt story. I have lived here for four years in Aug, and I am now looking for a new place. This use to be a quiet place to live but the past year it has turn into a getto. Kids have a play ground to play at and they are suppose to be watched, but yet kids are still playing in the breezeways which is against the least. the past 4 months I have seen a lot of fighting and drug selling/using. Maintenance could be better if you want something fixed right away turn it in before it breaks, because they will come in and have to come in again but you have to go to the office and remind them and it could be two to three weeks before anything is fixed. I will say this you do not have to worry about bug problems, they will take care of that. The parking is a joke there are more apartments than there are parking spot and no they will not asing parking because managment does not want to deal with it. What use to be a nice place to live has really gone down and it is really sad.
