DEFINITLY NOT. I've only lived here 2 1/2 months and am ready to get out of here. My 11 year old son was outside playing with his friends in the field (which management advertises as a play ground) with some friends. Some older kids, not from this complex, assualted him and another of his friends. Management didn't care when I told them. I asked about security and they only have night guards. Well, things happen during the day, too. My first 2 weeks here was spent without any a/c in the hottest part of the summer. It took them several weeks to fix a hole in my water pipes, even after I told them there was a leak (I could hear water in the walls). When they fixed the leak, it took almost a week to repair my floor, which as in the middle of the hall, making it impossible for my sons (4 and 11) and myself to get to our rooms. My bathroom ceiling fell in due to a leak from upstairs about a month and a half ago and it still isn't fixed. Need I go on' When maintainance did manage to get out here to fix my complaints (which took some time, at one point I called emergency maintainance every night), they had to return 2 or 3 times to get the job done right. I've been so frustrated and very disappointed!! I have to go to my Mom's just to give my boys some outside play time. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
