Avoid Crown Martin & Park at Memorial (Bad Staff) - Better Staff at Gables

As a former Crown Martin Park resident, the difference in staff is night and day. The staff here are good, but when coming from Crown Martin Park or Park at Memorial Apartments, almost any decently staffed apartment office would look like heaven.
Pleased with this place so far, but do think the rent is a bit high since these apartments are a bit older. But who cares, I'll pay it to avoid the psychotic office workers who manage the other two apartments close by. The horrible management at the two apartment complexes I've lived in around this area make any management personnel who are not theiving crooks look good, but I think this place is managed well with competent staff who were still freindly to me the day after my lease was signed (which won't be the case for you if you rent at Crown Martin or the Park at Memorial - of that I can assure you).
The staffers at those other two apartment complex steal out of renters apartments using their keys, they shut-off internet access to any tenants who complain, they harrass tenants with "inspections," and they illegally search tenants apartments by calling out police officers to force the renter to let the management in with cameras if the tenant complains about black mold growing inside thier apartments!
I am a good tenant, always pay my rent ontime, and don't bother others. Any place would look like heaven, and I mean heaven next to my last two complexes, however, I think this one is staffed honestly and according to others on this site (or the lack thereof), I don't anticipate problems with the management here. So far, I am doing nothing but enjoying the end to constant harrassment by the staffers at my last 2 complexes.
The staffers here have better people skills and seem more professional, so I don't foresee any crazy behavior. Moving to decently staffed apartments can bring an end to the hell caused in the lives of renters who've been subjected to awful and dishonest apartment management.
