While trying to sell itself as a rental home community, this complex of patio homes/condos is poorly maintained. Attempting to contact management or maintenance is an exercise in futility. Most non-responsive team I have ever seen. Features are so outdated; everything from appliances, wallpaper, lighting fixtures etc. Not worth the money!

Can't wait for lease to expire.

Yeah, you have to be careful which floorplan you get. The older ones are so freaking outdated, it's pathetic. The newer ones (A, B, C, D) are really nice though.
