We have complaints about the management; they do not follow-thru with anything with out numerous calls or e-mails. The office is closed before we leave for work and when we get home, it's not even open on the week-end so we can pick up packages left by the mailman. The office hours are until 5:30 PM, which is a joke as it's locked and management is gone BEFORE 5:30.
The appliances are outdated, the place needs to be painted and the carpet in the bathroom is a joke. We have spiders and bugs, I'll be spraying myself as the 'bug people' don't appear to have done a very good job.
The Maintenance crew, we have no complaints. When they get the message, they do the job.
