The management company of Grandville routinely neglects everything from mowing the lawn to such serious repairs as getting hot water to their residents. On top of all the horrible problems with maintenance (holes in the wall, sewage leaking from vacant units into common areas) the office staff is completely inept with their bookkeeping!! Time and time again we've had to prove that we'd paid rent that we'd paid in a timely manner under threat of eviction because employees were either embezzling money or simply not recording payments.

Grandville has been featured on multiple newscasts in 2007 - first, someone was shot and because the apartments had not paid their electric bill it was too dark for anyone to see what happened around the same time, residents were receiving water cut off notices because Grandville hadn't paid their water bill. Atrocious living. You can do much better!
