The walls are paper thin. Meaning: If the people next door to you are listening to music, you can hear it. If they are smoking, whether it be weed or cigs, you can smell it. A lot of young people, so if you like peace and quiet, don't move here. PS--don't even bother with a one-bedroom. They are wedged between two-bedroom apartments, and the only open wall you have faces the stairs and common areas of all three. VERY, very loud. Can hear when people open and close doors, go up and down stairs, shakes walls, have parties, smoke, etc. Basically, I would live here but only in a large 2-bed. The maintenance is really good, but when I moved into my apartment, the carpet was in horrible condition. It was super worn, and I wish I would have had it replaced. Other than that, it's pretty basic, but the larger apartments have really nice layouts and floor plans. Newer, so everything seems a little nicer. Don't even bother with a one bedroom. The wedging between the two apartments is a nightmare.
