I have previously written a review which was good but I now have a new outlook that I'd like to share. Over the last year, I have seen staff changes and with those changes came a decrease in quality of this complex. Usually, during the summer, you have to manuver around the "pothole" reconstruction. When patching the holes, they choose to do every freaking hole at one time...making it almost impossible to navigate and when you are driving through the workers WILL NOT move out of the way. Hey Greens...maybe if you changed your lease from "we will not clear ice or lay salt" like during this blizzard and take care of the driveway all year long...you may actually be able to prevent all that mess!!
I don't feel valued as a tenant...there really is no concern for my safety. As mentioned earlier...they will NOT clear the drive of the 3 foot snow drifts because it's "in your lease". Screw my lease!!! Myself, as well as countless others, have been stuck here for days because it's "in the lease". Oh and don't let the whole gated community thing fool you. Gates are open until about 10 pm except for the exit gate, which closes around 8. Seriously'!' Now Greens...just exactly what kinda sense does that make'''

Up until this blizzard...I was relatively happy and content here. I've been here since 06 but I will not sign another lease.
I'm not bitter...I understand the whole idea of not shoveling and sanding in a minor situation but this storm was far from minor and what I see from this management team is a clear disregard for the very people who pay the rent!!

I was upset too till it was explained to me that it is in the lease for liability issues, ( which is extremely understandable) if they mess with the natural accumulation or what not of snow/ice and some1 falls & is injured then the injured person could sue... well u know as well as i do that we live in a big apartment place & if people fell then the management company would be responsible since the "disrupted" the "natural accumulation of snow & ice" ( i think that's how they explained it to me. Oh and I too was not only snowed in but, my car was stuck on a huge snow drift 1/2 in 1/2 out of the parking spot too. But I myself and all my other neighbors were understanding about not salting/plowing the parking lot. But its hard to make everyone happy I guess. But I am happy with living in the Greens.
