I've lived here at the greens for about a year now, and my experience has been all but a nightmare. Seriously, don't let the good looks on the outside fool you. These apartments look like they were built by stoners just looking to get the paycheck for their next stash. The paint, linoleum, counters, tub, and caulking is all bad. Not only is living here a maintenance disaster, it's a health hazard. I clean at the end of every single week, and I still feel like I'm fighting a loosing battle. The kitchen counters stain incredibly easily and soak up last night's chicken like a sponge, the water quality is horrible (making your laundry smell worse than before you washed it), and the bathroom is bacteria's best friend. For God's sake I am warning you, DO NOT LIFT THE TOILET TANK LID OR LOOK UNDER THE RIM! Additionally, the air quality is ridiculous here... The ceiling fans catch more dust than the air filter, and dirt has been baked into the window shades.
Now, as for the space you get for the money, it's not even close to worth it. If you're looking to bring furniture into the one bedroom apartment, forget it. You'll only have room for a small couch, tv stand, and a bed. What about the dining room table you ask' Well you see, you have to have a dining area for that, and you don't get a dining area here. Just a bar and two...that's right TWO barstools which you might as well just use as tables in front of the couch. TV dinners everyone' Noise is another annoying issue here. If you live downstairs, you'll hear every step and door slam from the people above you. But, no matter what floor you're on, the paper thin walls won't hide the sound of your neighbors "getting their freak on."
The bottom line is that these apartments suck. You'd think a gated community like this one would be safe.. NOT!! Anyone with the mind to follow right behind that car that just punched in the security code can get in. I had a GPS system stolen right out of my car, and 3 other cars were broken into that same night. Finally the staff. Yeah they're pretty nice, and they tend to maintenance calls pretty quickly...but they don't come close to making up for the other problems this place has. You'll be far better of living somewhere else.

Wow. I live here and have lived here for 3 years and I don't have any of these problems. In every complex you can hear the people upstairs,--so that's life in apartments. Who leaves GPS in their car anyway all night for people to steal it? As for the dirt--I don't have any of those problems either. My apartment(s) were clean when I moved in and I never had any of thse problems. As for the size, you saw that when you moved in and signed the lease for that size, so plan on it being small. I lived in one, I know. I usually don't comment on these but I felt the need to say your entry is almost borderline ridiculous, considering I'm a quiet person, and 4 of my quiet friends all live here and they have none of the problems you've described. One thing you got right--the staff IS really nice and they do respond to maintenance calls quickly.
