The prices here are incredibly low for the area and what you get. You're right down the street from some good shopping, the must-have chain and fast-food restaurants, and a Wal-Mart. I've been in a two-bed, one-bath for 8 months, and plan to renew for another year. It's run professionally, maintenance is fast and takes complaints seriously. You receive a full and adequate warning before any of the staff enters your apartment. All of the woodwork is very light colored, which definitely opens the apartments up visually. Units have a full-size and relatively new washer and dryer. The noise level is not bad. Some of the reviews here seem to come from people who perhaps lived in homes prior to moving here' There will be a little neighbor-noise in apartments, but there's not much here. There are a lot of children playing on the grounds in the afternoon, so if your windows are open, you can hear them. On that note, I did forget to lock my car one night my first week here, and 3 hours later, some CDs and sunglasses had been stolen from it, but more expensive items were left. So no break-ins, but it is necessary to lock the car (which is the case pretty much everywhere). These aren't luxury apartments, but they're very nice, they're very inexpensive given their condition, and they're very professionally run and maintained. I highly recommend for renters on a budget(even though I don't need to - there's a waiting list to get an apartment here, and its obvious why.)
