I had a great experience at Grouse Run. I lived right across from the office and never had any noise or safety issues. I think more problems may have been in the 2 bedrooms side. The front was all one bedrooms. and seemed very quiet.
The place was always clean. The office was very friendly. I never had very many maintance issues.
When I left in May 2002 after graduating from college and moving back home, the area was going down hill. It was obviously by all the crime reports.
