Grouse Run is okay. I can say that I would or would not reccommend this place to anyone. I have lived her for over a year and I have noticed several things.

The staff at one point and time was just horrible! It was if we were doing them a favor by living at GR. I will say that the staff has recently become better.

One problem that I have in my apartment and I know that others have the same problem is a infestation of rollie pollies. They stay a problem year round for me. It it just GROSS to see black dead beads rolled up along the floor boards. These things are in mass numbers. I can vaccum them up one day and 2 days later they are right back. I have addressed this problem with the office and basically I was told to deal with it.

Parking is also a problem. Since there is assigned parking, visitors may have to park 3 blocks away and walk to your apartment.

Insulation SUCKS! In the winter you can feel cold air blowing in from windows and doors. In the summer, you can not keep cool as it seems the A/C units can?t process at 100%. I pay more to OG&E at Grouse Run than I ever did at any other apartment.

For the price, the apartments are good (not great).
