Do not move here.

-For 3 months there were a group of guys standing outside my apartment selling drugs. It was obvious what they were doing but it took forever before one of them was arrested. Someone attempted to break into my neighbor's apartment--twice. This is just an unsafe, scary neighborhood.

-Not enough parking. People have to park on the street outside the gates.

-No insulation. My electric bills are sky high. I can see my curtains move in the winter when the wind blows--the windows are that bad. If I didn't have an electric blanket and a space heater I'd freeze. (One bedroom, $100 a month.)

This apartment complex is just not worth the money. Pay the extra to go down to the Links or someplace good. You'll spend the same amount living here with the rent and huge electric bills every month.

I usually wear my parka inside during the winter months and the bill is still about $100.
