Grouse Run Apartments

I'm not complaining From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   So far I have been happy with my stay at Grouse Run. I live in a one bedroom so the side I stay on has plenty of parking and is less congested than other parts of the complex. For this reason, there is less noise and I hardly ever see any other residents. The buildings are very close together so if you don't keep your blinds and windows shut you get surround sound & view of neighbors and noise. The staff is great and I haven't had trouble with repairs. If you want improvements however, like resurfaced sink, new appliances, air filters, etc they'll tell you its not in the budget. I am thinking about moving to a 2 bedroom but after reading the harsh reviews I am reconsidering! I don't want to run into any problems if I already haven't. The price is right for what you get.
