Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
loud music far from courteous neighbours and parking thats not enforced. ihave had my brand new car damaged. the good points though.. the price is right. the pool is open and clean maintainance is prompt. switched to transwest properties from chas e today hence might change. utilities are a misery otherwise not highly reccomended but will wait to see difference
