When I first moved in, things were pretty quiet. After time went on, I had some issues. 1. I had to call maintenance regularly to fix the AC because everytime the lawn was mowed, they mowed up the wires to my AC unit. 2. All four wheels were stolen off my car (and I did not have high dollar custom rims.) 3. My down stairs Mormon neighbors were robbed at gun point. Parking was quite a problem.

I saw someone taking rims of a nice red car, I hope it wasn't yours, at first, I thought the homey's were just changing the rims, later I realized otherwise, if I had a known, I would have called the police.
