This is the worst apartment complex in the metro area. it is infested with gang members and trashy people. It was so filthy at move in I had to shampoo the carpet 5 times before the water was just a light brown in the bucket. The refridgerater was filthy and the the oven was caked with food, The bathrooms were cleaner at the local truck stop, The management of this sleazy motel seem nice when you move in but the tone abruptly changes after you sign the lease( read the small print!!!!!!!)Every night you hear the crack smoking idiots blaring what they call music, yelling, and beating their women and animals, when you complain to the managers, it seems like they go and tell the offenders who complained, if you call the police they know who called and you will be next. Parents if you love your children do not allow them to set one foot in this complex or in any of the surrounding properties. I don't care if you have to live with your parents or in a trailer park it could not be worse. You will end up paying more for the vandalism to your car than you would if you bought a used trailer. If you have a brain let the animals live here and go get a real apartment even if you won't be able to afford MTV. Bottom line this place is not safe, especially for young women.
