I lived in Grouse Run from 8/07 to 9/08 and that place got progressivley worse each month i stayed there. Apparently about 2 weeks after i moved in, they sent a state wide notice for every ghetto ass mother ------ to move in and ---- the place up. Whenever they switched management, they switched to ghetto. Also, when i moved out, i had the carpets cleaned and the apartment was spotless, yet they still charged me to have the carpets "professionally cleaned" as they do with every unit. I ended up OWING them out of my deposit for this... Dont live there.. unless your ghetto and just a notch above Rain Dance material..
