This was my very first time living on my own and did not have time to actually "look" for a place to stay, I was very impressed with what I saw and the price for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apt was very reasonable. A few months after my stay, I realized that I can hear people fighting in the parking lot ( yelling and sceaming), never pay your rent using the night drop because those thugs will find a way of breaking in to the night drop and steal your checks and if you work full time, and in school part time, there is a 99% chance that your apartment will get broken in to! I broke my lease because of that. Left work at 8 am and came home for lunch at noon to find out that these fools have completely broken off my deadbolt and ransacked my whole apt, in broad daylight!! The person who lived above me left 1 month before my break in so that makes 2 vaccant apts in unit 10. I'm living with my parents until I can find a place that is safer and less thuggish so I can get what I worked hard for. The staff is nice and they will work with you if you do not have $$ to pay all of the rent and maintence crew comes and gets things fixed quickly. My issue is the safety. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
